Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes. My planning fees reflect the time, expertise and level of detail involved in designing your journey. Fees start at $250 and vary depending on the complexity of your trip and will always be discussed with you before we begin.

Can you book flights as part of my trip?

Yes. Air travel can be incorporated into your itinerary along with accommodations, transfers and experiences, allowing the different pieces of your journey to work seamlessly together.

Can you arrange private villas or vacation rentals?

Yes. I can arrange select private villas through trusted travel partners. I do not book independently managed properties through platforms such as Airbnb, allowing me to work with accommodations that meet my standards for quality, service and reliability.
